Stages and prices of interior design project. What to expect?

Leave the idea aside that engaging an interior designer is super costly and it can be afforded only by the ones who buy luxurious real-estate. Let us clear, that having a professional interior design project will save your money, your time and nerves, and you will avoid many mistakes.

When working on the project online, there is important to follow the same steps as it would we met on the premises. The difference is that the measurements will be asked to be taken by the client (you) - with our instructions (click the link). And we also ask to share some real pictures of the room.

THE STAGES of interior design:

• architectural shoot - performed by the client with our instructions and support. This include measuring of all walls (width and height, their thickness (all opens, windows, niches should be included as well). 
• photographic capture - taking a picture of all walls, ceiling, floor in the premises.
• 2D architectural plan. Usually done in scale 1:100 or 1:50. 
• functional zoning - defining the functional zones on the premises, discussing the building up new walls or destroying the old ones.
• concept design - discussing the vision, style and topic of the design; forms, colors and lighting.
• decoration - details, which form the final vision

As a result, you will receive creative ideas and accurate technical documentation for your project (from private house, apartment, to shop, beauty center or kids club).

2 D plans:

- architectural plan with the dimensions of the walls, windows, doors;

- furniture plan;

- soffit/ceiling plan;

- electrical, heating and water supply/sewerage positioning plan;

- floor finish plan;

- interior wall elevations;

- paints color codes;

- mood board;

- selection and specification of materials (paint, wood, textile and ect);

- ideas for decoration.
